"SWF stranded on Ponsonby road....rush hour (4pmish). NIGHTMARE. I called T.C.C. who organised a tow truck which was there within the hour. Customer service outstanding, communication between the time of my initial phone call and the tow truck arriving was great and very reassuring! By 6pm Rob and the team had called to let me know what was wrong with the car (even managed to get this blonde to understand what was wrong) and give me a quote, which was very reasonable and an approx completion time!!!. I was even offered a Courtesy Car. The car was ready for me to collect the following day! Incredible service, no fuss, very reasonable price and car runs better now than it ever did! Thank you guys."

As they were located very close to the company that messed up the lock repair, Takapuna Car Clinics quickly diagnosed the problem, the service was excellent and they were very friendly to discuss the problem. The price was acceptable too. Would defintely try them for bigger jobs."
